Selway Wilderness Outfitters - Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Payment
A deposit of 50% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the scheduled trip start date.
Payments can be made via square payment link or direct deposit.
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your hunt dates.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another available hunt within the same year, pending availability.
Cancellations or changes made within 60 days of your arrival date will result in forfeiture of your booking fee.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss available options.
If Selway Wilderness Outfitters cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
No refunds will be issued for missed shots, unsuccessful hunts, early departures, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Weather Delays & Additional Lodge Costs
In the event of bad weather preventing scheduled flights out of the lodge, guests will be responsible for an additional daily fee of $100 per person for each extra night required at the lodge.
This cost covers lodging, meals, and basic amenities.
Selway Wilderness Outfitters is not responsible for any additional travel expenses incurred due to weather delays.
4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Hunting and wilderness activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to wildlife encounters, rugged terrain, and unpredictable weather.
By booking a trip, guests acknowledge and accept these risks and agree not to hold Selway Wilderness Outfitters liable for injuries, losses, or damages.
All guests must sign a liability waiver before participating in any activities.
5. Licensing & Regulations
Guests are responsible for obtaining all required hunting licenses, tags, and permits in compliance with Idaho state laws.
All hunts will be conducted in accordance with local wildlife regulations and ethical hunting practices.
Failure to comply with these regulations may result in immediate termination of the hunt without refund.
6. Gear & Equipment
A recommended gear list will be provided before the trip.
Guests are responsible for bringing appropriate clothing, firearms, and personal gear.
Firearms must be transported and handled in accordance with all applicable laws.
7. Conduct & Safety
Guests must follow all guide instructions to ensure safety during the trip.
Any reckless or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the trip without refund.
Selway Wilderness Outfitters will not provide any alcohol to guests under any circumstances. BYO Alcohol consumption is permitted in moderation of an evening after a days hunt, but it must not interfere with safety or the hunting experience.
We will not allow you to head out on a hunt if you have consumed any alcohol that day prior to hunting, or are intoxicated.We do not permit illegal substances of any kind.
You will be held solely responsible for any damages to our property, your person, your property, our property.
Failure to abide by these conditions may result in immediate termination of your trip.
8. Hunt Disclaimer: While we provide expert guides and access to prime hunting areas, we cannot guarantee a successful harvest. Hunting success depends on factors beyond our control, including weather, animal movement, and individual shooting ability.
9. Agreement to Terms
By booking a trip with Selway Wilderness Outfitters, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
